Introductions:
First and foremost is our team Owner/Driver, Jim Jackson. Jim brings over 15 years of high performance and offshore powerboat racing experience to the team. With numerous wins and invites to the Worlds, Jim has what Maxed Out Motorsports needs.
Jim’s experience can only help propel Maxed Out Motorsports Offshore Racing to the top. As the owner, Jim has the business insight to help our Team and Sponsors reach the top and stay in the public eye. Born and raised on the waters of the Chesapeake Bay and the son of one of the founding members of the Chesapeake Bay Power Boat Association, Jim has the need for speed on the water.
When Jim's not racing he and his family are out riding his JAWS Marine powered 27' Fountain Fever named "Surrender the Booty" around the beautiful Chesapeake Bay.
Second we have Throttleman/Crew Chief, John Smith. John brings over 25 years of high performance boating experience to the team. From building and maintaining engines and drives to custom rigging, John has been keeping high performance boats, Poker Runners and race boats alike running on the Chesapeake Bay for years, shown by his involvement with other offshore teams such as Team Priority, a 40' Hustler, and Team Empty Pockets, a 28' Signature.
John is a Master Mercruiser Certified Technician who runs the service department for JAWS Marine in Curtis Bay, MD. which he started in 2007. With a full line of Mercury parts and a fully stocked marine store JAWS Marine is the perfect resting and testing place for Maxed Out Motorsports Offshore Racing. John gets the boat ready prior to every race, supports the boat during every race event and when we're done winning it goes back to JAWS where he goes over the entire rig to make sure we stay on top.
When John's not maintaining our team’s boat, trailer and support vehicles he and his family are out and about in their custom built JAWS Marine powered 27' Fountain Fever named "Shark Bait".

You know we can't forget our friends who are key members that help countless nights and weekends to get our boat and support vehicle ready for each race season. From fiberglass work, handing tools to finding parts and supplies online and then supporting us at race sites with towing, maintenance and public relations, these are our team supporters:

Maxed Out Motorsports would like to thank some people who are very special to our race team, OUR FAMILIES! Without their support and willingness to let us stay out late, away from home for countless days and nights getting this boat ready for each race season and doing what we LOVE, we could have never made it this far!
